How pneumatic boring works
After the line and existing services are assessed, an entry pit and receiving pit are prepared. The boring tool advances between them and the conduit or pipe path is completed to the project specification.

Underbore or Trench?
The right method depends on the surface, alignment, access, ground and service specification. We assess the crossing before recommending the least disruptive practical approach.
Underbore when
A finished driveway, path, road or slab needs a crossing; surface disruption must be minimised; and the ground, line and access suit a pit-to-pit method.
Trench when
The service needs a continuous open trench, the grade is critical, the ground is unsuitable for boring, or the wider excavation scope makes open cut the more practical method.
