Measure the Crossing Before You Call
A rough start-to-finish measurement makes an excavation conversation far more useful.
Measure from the proposed entry point to the proposed exit point, then note where the pits could sit. Include the driveway, footpath, road or slab width rather than only the straight-line distance.
